Decision-Making and Time: Wavering Feeds Procrastination
The power of decision-making has a great influence on time management. Being unable to make daily, weekly and monthly decisions impedes accomplishing the tasks. Wavering in decision-making is one of the factors of procrastination, which won't allow you to concentrate and carry out your tasks.
Here is how I suggest working on it. First, make a list of the decisions you have to make during the day. Second, make it clear which decisions matter the most. Third, evaluate your performance in these decision-makings:
See which tasks you have done. See which tasks you haven't done. If you have been unsuccessful in making some decisions, what has been the reason for that? How much time did you spend on making decisions regarding the tasks you have done? Which type of people have you met in the process of making the decisions? Was meeting these people helpful for making the decisions? Could you ask for help from other people in decision-making?
Answering the questions above will help you in decision-making and will help you learn how to make more accurate decisions in the least amount of time.
