Keep Your Records Six Years and Insure Your Corporation
All corporations must keep all their financial documents, including payments and bank accounts for six years so they would present it if the Revenue Agency asked for it. They can get rid of the documents of the first year in the second year, and so on and so forth. You must have an accounting system to be able to follow this process. Accounting is conducted in two ways: The first method is using accounting software, and then you would need an expert accountant to write the tax ledgers. If you hold worthy accounting software, your accounting expenses will significantly decrease because your accountant would spend much less time.
The second method is to use an accountant. There will be much more expenses in this case in comparison to the first method.
