Tier Your Customers by Their Volume

Many brands tier their customers and categorize them into different levels based on their order volume and purchases. There is a printing office in North America that has experienced significant development in recent years. This printing office classifies customers in different tiers based on customer’s order volume, purchase and it considers a certain amount of discount (called quantity or volume discount) for each tier.

For example, customers in the third tier will receive 5% discount, the ones in the second tier will receive 10% discount and in the same way, special discounts are also considered for customers in the first tier. Therefore, you have defined a space for customer to buy from you and stay committed to you and your company. One of the reasons for launching a customer club is that based on the number of purchases by customers, you can consider certain benefits for your customer to make them committed to your brand.

In this way, you make your customer buy products and services entirely from you even if they used to have various spots to make purchases. Based on its circumstances, any business can benefit from direct gifts or tier system of customer club. This way, special customers realize that they are being taken seriously by you and that you value their loyalty.
