Webinars, Short Videos, Comments and Blogs

Webinar: web plus seminar is called a webinar, or web-based seminar. Announce the date and time before it takes place. This prepares the audience ahead and makes them be online on the day. You can communicate with the audiences through live streaming and provide content according to their needs. For example, if the customer doesn't know how to attend a contest, you can hold an online workshop and explain the details. This is a less troubling way of absorbing customers.

Short videos: short video has many applications in online marketing. Produce short and practical videos. Consider the size of loading the video; if the size is large, leave a caption under the video. Make your own content and avoid copying. Respect copyright, because the actual owners will sue you and report you, which may lead to suspension of your page.

Customers' comments: customers' opinion is of great importance in any business. An example would be a review of a hotel or a restaurant. The opinion of actual customers is a reference for potential customers. Provide a setting so even people who aren't your customers can express their opinions about your services and products. People who leave a comment have friends who will see these comments. Use this potential. Ensure each comment is posted on your page within the shortest time. While you inspect comments and remove the insulting ones, allow your customers to speak, as that will improve your connection with them. Customers see their own comments, and if they weren't members of your website before, it will be a ground for establishing a connection.

Attracting customers' opinions is also applicable to market research. By doing so, you find out certain facts about your competitors, identify customers' actual needs, and decide how to use them in practice.

Blogs: the weblog is still quite instrumental in the modern world. Either the blog belongs to you, or you collaborate with pro bloggers and grant them a certain profit so they talk more about you in their blogs. Ask them to share your contents or provide contents about certain subjects in your way.
