Present Your Company by Answering the Customer's Needs

In B2B marketing, set up a presentation file to introduce the product and company and send it to other companies and organizations. Prepare this file in two versions: a short version of 4-5 pages and a long version of 20-50 pages. The long version must be complete. Identify the needs of the other company and include enough information on the way to meet those needs.

In fact, through the presentation file, you are sending the message to the target company that "I can be the right choice to meet your needs." Instead of complimenting yourself and demolishing the rival, identify and explain the target company's list of needs. Then show them reasonable techniques that you have identified to meet those needs.

A customized presentation of the company means introducing yourself according to the type and needs of the audience. For example, a mail of introduction to a government organization is different from a mail to a private company. The text and structure design should correspond with the audience's space. Find what colors the organization applies or what type of logo it uses.

To succeed, in addition to the content, pay attention to the appearance of the mail. When you do this, you have done 50 percent of the work of attracting customers. The other 50 percent is negotiation. For example, a government organization will start its documents with a specific phrase; start your presentation with the same phrase. Let your audience know that you have considered their needs and know what they want.

Define an overall structure for introducing your company, but do not confine it to a standard; customize it depending on the type of customers.
