Slogans: Keep a Main One and Add a Campaign Slogan

As a business, attempt to have a fixed slogan, something like the Nike slogan "Just Do It". LG's main slogan is "Life's Good"; this company has, however, plenty of slogans used for various products. Slogans will keep the name of the company permanent in the minds of the audience.

The main slogan defines a separate slogan for each advertisement at each interval and creates a wave through it. The slogan can be seasonal or defined only for a specific subject, or it can concern a specific year, such as the 150th anniversary of Canada. Every time our company holds an event, it puts the logo of the 150th anniversary of Canada next to it, which means we are part of that event and we actually use that wave. Suppose your national team is going to the World Cup qualification this year; you can adjust most of your slogans according to this event. Pepsi created its own promotion influenced by the World Cup atmosphere and used plenty of athletes in that promotion.

Take advantage of events for branding and being seen in the market. Throughout the year, different events and seasons will provide a good opportunity to communicate with customers; it is a pretext to send customers different messages.

There are no limits for making slogans; however, they should be short, compatible with the company's space, product, and goals, and not applied simply for the sake of aesthetics. There should be no insult to a particular group or ethnicity in the slogan, and no offence, vulgarity or scorn. Advertising that insults a rival brand cannot produce the desired impact. Slogans should speak about existing realities and not about promises.
